Terms and Conditions

 

Upon ordering your chair covers we will require a non refundable deposit of £50 to confirm your date, with the remaining balance due 6 weeks before your big day.

 You can pay me via Internet bank transfer, cash or cheque. Unfortunately deposits are non refundable in the case of cancellation.  In the unlikely event we are unable to carry out your order you will be fully reinbursed.

 
 Small marks are expected and will not be charged for but damage such as candle or crayon wax, ink, rips, burns, footprints on the seat and major soiling will be charged at £7 per cover to replace.  Missing Covers will also be charged at £7.00 per cover and missing/damaged Sashes will be charged at £2.50 each.  Due to the design of the chair covers please ensure chairs are not dragged on the floor as this can cause damage to the feet of the covers. Please also refrain from taking them outside.
 
A security deposit of £50 is also required when you pay your final balance to cover any loss or damage. This can be given as a separate cheque, which will not be cashed, and will be returned to you within 14 days after the event if no damages or loss occur. If the extent of the damage is more than £50 then we will inform you and make arrangements for the extra to be paid.
 
 
 
For Hire Of Birdcages 
 
Collection can be arranged at a mutually convenient date and time.
 
 
The Client is responsible for breakages and losses during the term of hire; in the unlikely event that either or both should occur, the cost of replacing the hired items will be deducted from the breakage deposit. Should the cost of replacing items exceed this amount a subsequent invoice for the remaining cost will be sent to the Client within 7 working days and the Client will be given 30 days in which to reimburse.
 
All hire charges are based on 1-3 days hire. Longer periods will be extra as indicated at the time of order.
